TRANSHUMANCE
By capturing and evoking an almost entirely forgotten world, the film also radiographs the changes in today’s Romanian society, without adopting a melodramatic tone, but through a cold, almost cruel observation on one side of life full of difficulties. to the traveling shepherd with his flock, and on the other side of the changing world and the places he passes through, so of a large part of today’s Romanian society, in full change. Change that is sometimes perceived naturally by the people the pastor meets, sometimes painfully – the economic crisis, the overthrow of the value system, the disappearance of some values, without them having time to be replaced by solid ones – in short, a change made too fast from the post-communist Romanian society.
